Présentation de Fanny Thévenet
Née à Berlin le 17 août 1972, je suis arrivée en France dans les années 90.
C'est à Toulouse en 1997, que j'ai commencé à dessiner.
Autodidacte et indépendante, je ne cherche ni académisme, ni modèle, mais avant tout une expression. D'abord avec le fusain, puis les crayons pastels pour enfin m'épanouir dans la peinture acrylique.
Du pinceau, mon travail de peinture à l'acrylique, s'étend peu à peu aux couteaux et divers instruments tels que spatule, sable, mortier, brosse, éponge etc...
Je me laisse guider par les couleurs et la recherche d'équilibre. Les premières couleurs de la palette évolueront sur la toile au gré de mon inspiration, de mon imagination, de mes sensations.
La nature abstraite de chacune de mes toiles laisse apparaître différentes approches et perspectives sans jamais s'enfermer dans une structure et c'est cette liberté que je chéris.

Les couleurs se mêlent et s'entremêlent et lorsque leur équilibre est atteint, la toile est terminée.
Beaucoup de mes tableaux n'ont pas de titre, car j'aime laisser la liberté du regard et de la découverte aux personnes qui les regardent.
J'expose depuis 2010.

Geboren bin ich am 17. August 1972 in Berlin und bin in den Neunzigern Jahren nach Frankreich gezogen.
Im Jahre 1997 habe ich in Toulouse begonnen zu zeichnen.
Ich strebe weder nach Akademismus noch nach Nachahmung. Autodidaktisch widme ich mich dem Ausdruck. Zunächst mit Kohle, später mit Pastellstiften um schließlich mich in der Acrylmalerei zu entfalten.
Meine Arbeit begann mit dem Pinsel und entwickelte sich im Laufe der Jahre mit Werkzeugen wie Malmesser, Spachtel, Sand, Mörtel, Bürste, Schwamm, usw.
Ich lasse mich von den Farben und der Suche nach dem Gleichgewicht leiten. Der Fluss meiner Inspiration, meiner Fantasie und meinen Empfindungen werden die Grundfarben der Palette bestimmen.
Die abstrakte Art jedes Gemälde lässt viele unterschiedlichen Herangehensweisen und Perspektiven offen ohne sich in einen Raster einzuschränken, und genau diese Freiheit schätze ich.
Die Farben mischen und vermengen sich und wenn deren Gleichgewicht meine Augen erreicht hat, ist das Gemälde fertig.
Viele meiner Werke haben keinen Titel, weil ich es liebe, den Zuschauern die Freiheit der Betrachtung meiner Kunst zu überlassen.
Meine Gemälde werden seit 2010 ausgestellt.

I was born on August 17th 1972 in Berlin and moved in the 90's to France.
In 1997 I started with drawing in Toulouse.
As an autodidact I neither seek academicism nor plagiarism but expression above all.
Initially with fusain then with pastel to finally flourish in acryl paint.
I started to work with paint brush and over the years extend it with painting knife and different other tools as spatula, sand, mortar, brushes, sponge etc…
I let myself guided by the colours and the quest of balance. The colours of my palette would grow within the canvas depending on my inspiration, imagination and sensations.
The abstract nature of each one of my canvas allows different approaches and perspective without narrowing it in one structure. This is exactly what I cherish.
Colours mingle and immingle and when their balance is reached, the painting is done.
Lots of my painting purposely do not have a title because I love the viewers to feel free to discover.
